We Listen Support Coordination work closely with NDIS participants and age care recipients, their families and support networks, to work towards their goals.
With staff having extensive experience in the disability and age care sectors, the team have a really sound understanding of the NDIS and the age care sector and will work with the participants and their supports to build their capacity and be a valued member of their community.
The team have worked and lived in Tasmania all their lives. They have beautiful families and children and are connected within the community. Having grown up in Tasmania this has meant the team have the knowledge of being local and living and working within a diverse community.
